Given :-

  • Hypothenuse = 25
  • Perpendicular = 20
  • Base = 15

 \\  \\

To Check :-

  • Whether, it's a right angled triangle or not.

 \\  \\

Solution :-

In a Right Angled Triangle , (Hypotenuse)² = (Perpendicular)² + (Base)². If RHS = LHS then it's a Right Angled Triangle but , RHS ≠ LHS then it's not a Right Angled Triangle.

⇒ (Hypotenuse)² = (Perpendicular)² + (Base)²

⇒ (25)² = (20)² + (15)²

⇒ (25)² = 400 + 225

⇒ 625 = 400 + 225

⇒ 625 = 625

Therefore, It's a Right Angled Triangle

\sf\green{⟼ (Hypotenuse)² = (Perpendicular)² + (Base)² }

\sf\orange{ ⟼ (25)² = (20)² + (15)²}

\sf\blue{⟼ (25)² = 400 + 225 }

\sf\pink{⟼625 = 400 + 225 }

\sf\red{⟼ 625 = 625 }

Therefore, It's a Right Angled Triangle.
