Midpoint  \: of  \: QS \:  = ( \frac{5 - 2}{2}  , \frac{8 - 3}{2}) = ( \frac{3}{2}   , \frac{5}{2} )

Now, Midpoint of PR = Midpoint of QS.

So diagonal bisect each other.

Hence, its a parallelogram.
