Commutative Property of Addition:

a + b = b + a \\ \\ a + b = \frac{ - 10}{11} + \frac{ - 8}{33} \\ \\ = > \frac{ - 30 - 8}{33} \\ \\ = > \frac{ - 38}{33} \\ \\ b + a = \frac{ - 8}{33} + \frac{ - 10}{11} \\ \\ = > \frac{ - 8 - 30}{33} \\ \\ = \frac{ - 38}{33} \\ \\
Commutative Property of Multiplication:

a \times b = b \times a \\ \\ a \times b = \frac{ - 10}{11} \times \frac{ - 8}{33} \\ \\ = > \frac{80}{363} \\ \\ \\ b \times a = \frac{ - 8}{33} \times \frac{ - 10}{11} \\ \\ \\ = > \frac{80}{363} \\ \\ hence \: proved

Answer: UR REQUIRED ANSWER ;-

by addition commutative property ;-

a+b = b+a

⇒ a + b = -10 / 11 + -8 / 33

⇒ -30 - 8 / 33

⇒ -38 / 33

⇒ b +a = -8 / 33 + -10 /11

⇒ -8 -30 / 11

⇒ -38 / 11 ..

by multiplication commutative property ;-

a × b = b× a

⇒ a × b = -10 /11 × -8 /33

⇒ 80 / 363

⇒ b × a = -8/33 × -10/11

⇒ 80 / 363 .
