Explanation:
There are two ways to check continuity using a multimeter;
Using the ohm-meter settings;
To check the continuity, use multimeter as ohm-meter, now put the both probes on both ends of the circuit that you want to test. If ohm meter shows zero resistance then, it means the circuit is continuous.
Using the diode setting;
There is a built in continuity tester or diode symbol on multimeter. Use this settings and if there is a beep then the circuit is continuous.
