So comparing the correctness by Dimension analysis we write the terms in their units
L^1= LT^-1*T + LT^-2*T^-2
We know that according to the law of homogeneity the same units can be added or subtracted
Hence we need to prove it in 2 ways
1st
L=LT^-1*T^1
On multiplying the unit is the same as of Lenght as T cancel each other.
2nd
L=LT^-2*T^2
Again on multiplying the time cancel each other hence resultant is equal to the lenght.
Hence Newton's 2nd law of equation is dimensionally correct.
