a1 = 1 , b1 = 1 , c1 = 5

a2 = 2 , b 2 = -3 , c2 = 4

a1 / a2 = 1/2 , b1 / b2= 1/-3 ,c1/c2 = 5/2

so , a1 / a2 not equal to b1/b2 then system has unique solution & consistent
