Given : the system of equations 3x/2+5y/3=7; 9x -10y=12

To find : system of equations  has a unique solution infinitely many solutions or no solutions

Solution:

3x/2+5y/3=7

=> 9x + 10y  = 42

    9x  - 10y = 12

Adding both

18x = 54

=> x = 3

    y = 1.5

Has a unique Solution

x 3x/2+5y/3=7 9x -10y=12

-2 6 -3

-1 5.1 -2.1

0 4.2 -1.2

1 3.3 -0.3

2 2.4 0.6

3 1.5 1.5

4 0.6 2.4

5 -0.3 3.3

See attached graph

( 3 , 1.5 ) is the unique Solution
