ANSWER :-

  • √47 is not a perfect square.

TO CHECK :-

  • Wheather the following number are perfect square or not.

SOLUTION :-

  • [ squares of positive integers (natural number) are called perfect squares ]

√47

REPEATED SUBTRACTION METHOD

→ 47 - 1 = 46

→ 46 - 3 = 43

→ 43 - 5 = 38

→ 38 - 7 = 31

→ 31 - 9 = 22

→ 22 - 11 = 11
