Any positive integer ending with 0 is divisible by 5 So, it's prime factorization must contain the prime number 5.
6^n=(2*3)^n=2^n*3^n

Therefore, Prime factorisation of 6^n does not contain 5 as a factor.

Hence, it can never end with 0 for any natural number
