if 12 is end with 0 then it has a common factor 10 in other words it also divisible by 12.
12^n = 10 × q( for any natural no)
(2×2×3) ^n = (2×5)×q
here lhs is not equals to rhs
hence ur supposition is wrong 12^n will never end with 0 for any natural no. n
