201 doesn't comes in the series

•5,11,17,23

•Clearly It is an AP with a =5 & d =6

•Now, let 201 comes in the series and it's the nth term

•so, An= a+(n-1)d

• 201 = 5 + (n-1)6

•196 = (n-1)6

•(n-1) = 196/6

•(n-1) = 32.66

• n = 33.66

•Since n can only be natural no.

•so 201 doesn't comes in the series

201 is not a term of the list of a number 5,11,17,23

Step-by-step explanation:

T₁ = 5

T₂  = 11

T₃ = 17

T₄ = 23

First term = 5

d = Common difference = 11 - 5= 6

Tₙ = 5 + (n - 1) 6   n ∈ Z

=> Tₙ = 6n - 1

if  201 is a term of the list of a number 5,11,17,23

=> 6n - 1 = 201

=> 6n = 202

=> n = 101/3

101 is not divisible by 3

hence n is not integer

=> 201 is not a term of the list of a number 5,11,17,23
