Answer:

Let p(x)=8x4+4x3−16x2+10x+m and g(x)=2x−1

Now, g(x)=2x−1

=>2x−1=0

=>x=21

If g(x) is a factor of p(x), then p(21) must be 0

Thus, p(21)=0

=>8(21)4+4(21)3−16(21)2+10(21)+m=0

=>168+84−416+5+m=0

=>21+21
