No it is not isosles

LetA(5,-2)

B(6,4)

Apply distance formula

AB=6

BC=ROOT117

CA=4

Answer:

Put:     A = ( 5, -2 )        B = ( 6, 4 )        C = ( 7, -2 )

Method 1   ---  Calculating lengths

AB = √( (6 - 5)² + (4 - -2)² ) = √( 1² + 6² ) = √37

BC = √( (6 - 7)² + (4 - -2)² ) = √( 1² + 6² ) = √37

As AB = BC, the triangle ABC is isosceles
