p(x) = x^2-25

Let x = -5

p(x) = x^2-25

p(5) = 5^2-25

. . . . = 25-25

. . . . = 0

Let x= -5

p(-5) = (-5)^2-25

. . . . = 25-25

. . . . = 0

Both 5 and -5 are zeroes of p(x)
