By remainder theorem,
7 +3x=0
x=-7/3
Put in 3x^2+7x
3*-7/3*-7/3 +7*-7/3
49/3 - 49/3
0
Hence 7 +3x is factor of 3x^2 +7x

swathishankar002: Where r u
