Check whether 7+3x is a factor of 3x^2 +7x

7+3x=0

x=-7/3

p(-7/3)=3x2 + 7x

3(-7/3)2+ 7(-7/3)

3*49/9 + (-49/3)

49/3 -49/3

= 0

so, this shows that the given equation is a factor

HEY USER HERE IS UR ANSWER....

we have to take the constant in front before solving it as:- 3x+7.

then we can nirmally divide it by long division method.

with this our quotient would be X and remainder would be 0.

hence , it is the factor.
