Answer: if 7 + 3x is factor of (3x)3 + 7x then if we will put the value of x in polynomial then it will equal to zero

3x + 7 = 0

X = -7/3

Putting value of x that is -7/3 in polynomial

(3×-7/3)×3+7×7/3

-21 + 49/3

(-63 + 49)/3

=-14/3 ≠ 0

Which is not equal to zero

Hence 7 + 3x is not the factor of (3x)3 + 7x
