its not multiple.
you can verify this by dividing
we will not be able to take even single quotient
x-x+1 = 1
degree of PX can't be less than gx

No, p(x) is not a multiple of g(x).
If p(x) would be a multiple then
x-x+1= p(x)
=> p(x)=1 ( because +x and -x will be cancelled and we will be left out with 1)
