check whether pair of equations x+3y=6,2x-3y=6 is consistent or not. If so, show graphically

x + 3y = 6 \\ 2x - 3y = 6 \\ \frac{a1}{a2} = \frac{b1}{b2} = \frac{c1}{c2} \\ \frac{1}{2} = \frac{3}{ - 3} = \frac{6}{6} \\ \frac{1}{2} = \frac{1}{ - 1} = \frac{1}{1}

the pair of linear equations is not consistent
