check whether the equation 2x-3y=5 and 4x-6y=15 are consistent. also verify by graphical representation

2/4=3/6=5/15

1/2=1/2=/1/3

a1/a2=b1/b2 is not equal to c1/c2

therefore it is inconsistent.
