Actually you just need to Devide the 1st Polynomial by the 2nd one. After the division you will get the remainder as 0. Once the remainder is 0 you thave got your answer, i. e. as the 1st polynomial is divisible by the 2nd one. therefore, the first polynomial is the factor of the 2nd one. Remember one thing that the 1st polynomial is a linear Polynomial and the 2nd one is a Quartic Polynomial. But for reference I've given a Picture of the answer
