(x+1)2=2(x-3)
x2+1+2x=2x-6
x2+1+2x-2x+6=0
x2+7=0
Therefore It Is A Quadratic Equation..

If the equation is in the form of ax² + bx + c, then it is a quadratic equation.

Let's check whether the given equation is quadratic or not.

Given equation :-

(x + 1)² = 2(x - 3)

=> x² + 1² + 2(x)(1) = 2x - 6

=> x² + 1 + 2x = 2x - 6

=> x² + 1 + 6 + 2x - 2x = 0

=> x² + 7 = 0

This equation can also be written like this -

=> x² + 0x + 7 = 0

Hence the given equation is a quadratic equation.
