Solution:

a₁x+ b₁y=c₁

a₂x+b₂y=c₂

Consistent

if a₁/a₂ ≠ b₁/b₂  ( unique solution)

a₁/a₂ = b₁/b₂ = c₁/c₂  ( infinite solution )

Inconsistent

if  a₁/a₂ = b₁/b₂ ≠  c₁/c₂  ( No solution)

3x+2y=5

2x-3y=7

3/2 ≠ 2/3  

Hence consistent

unique solution

y = -11/13

x = 29/13
