The Standard form of a rational number will be in the form of p/q.

If the rational number can’t be further reduced to the lowest term then it’s in its standard form

Example: 16/3

16/3 can’t be reduced further because both of them don’t go in the same tables.

2/4

2/4 standard form is 1/2 as both go in the 2 table
