EVALUATION

Here the given equation of the line is

 \sf{2x + 3y = 12}

Putting x = 1 & y = 3 we get

 \sf{(2 \times 1) + (3 \times 3) = 12}

 \sf{ \implies \: 2 + 9= 12}

 \sf{ \implies \: 11= 12}

Which is absurd

Hence the graph of linear equation 2x+3y=12 does not goes through the point (1,3)
