          p(x)=x^4+3x^3+7x^2+x+13

IF g(x) is a factor of p(x) then  when dividing them remainder should be equal to 0.

But here after dividing remainder is not equal to 0

remainder= -7x-7. Therefore g(x) is not a factor of p(x).
