Answer:

pythagon triplet is square of larger number is equal to the sum of square of another two numbers

here, (13)^2= (5)^2+(12)^2

169= 25+144

169= 169

here L.H.S and R.H.S is equal

therefore, 5,13,12 is a pythagon triplet.

HERE IS UR ANSWER DEAR,

PYTHAGOREAN TRIPLETS

A Pythagorean triple consists of three positive integers a, b, and c, such that a² + b² = c².

to verify let,

  • c= 13
  • b= 12
  • a= 5

AC TO PYTHOGORAS THEOREM,

square of the hypotenuse = square of the base + square of the perpendicular side

(13)² = (5)² + (12)²

169. = 25. + 144

169 = 169

both the RHS and LHS are equal ,

hence it satisfies the theorem.

therefore given triplets are Pythagorean triplets.
