Step-by-step explanation:

We are given,

n(U)= No. of total

skin disorder

=200

n(C1)= skin disorder due to chemical C1

=120

n(C2)= skin disorder due to chemical C2

=50

Now, n(C1∩C2)= skin disorder due to both the chemical C2 & C2

=30

(i)

Now, we have to find the Number of individual exposed to chemical C2 but not chemical C1

i.e n(C2−C1)=n(C2)−n(C1∩C2)

=50−30

n(C2−C1)=20

(ii)

Now we have to find the number of individuals exposed to chemical C1 or chemical C2

i.e.,

n(C1∩C2)=n(C1)+n(C2)−n(C1∩C
