Chemical changes are those changes that bring a change in the chemical properties of a substance. In this change a new substance is formed.
Physical changes are those changes that bring a change in the physical properties of a substance, like shape , size , color etc.

Irreversible changes are those changes that can't be reversed. The original substance can't be brought back.
Reversible changes can be reversed and the original substance is brought back.
