Chemical communication reaches the whole body whereas electric impulse does not. Even it takes time to generate again then why do all organisms use electic impulse can't they just use chemical communication to pass information ?

chemical communication involves the diffusion of the chemicals accordingly to their messages

the electrical impulses are just specific units of message carriers. it does matter how efficient and perfect the message is transmitted
