You are given only hydroxide of x, so the element will be any metal with valency 3. However you are also given chloride of x but not the chemical formula. That's why , any metal with valency 3 is the answer.

there are so many types to write oxide

and chlorides it depends on the valence metals most occuring oxides areX-O. X-O2. cholride X-Cl,X-Cl2,3,etc.
