Answer:

Photosynthesis: It is the process by which green plants and some other organism use sunlight to synthesize nutrients from carbon dioxide and water.

The main product formed is glucose (C6H12O6) and by products are Oxygen (O2) and water (H2O).

During a day plants inhale carbon dioxide and exhale oxygen. Whereas during night time plants inhale oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide.

The reaction taking place during this process is:

[carbon dioxide + water —> glucose + oxygen + water.]

Answer:

Photosynthesis chemical equation states that the reactants (carbon dioxide, water and sunlight),.... yield two products, glucose and oxygen gas. .....

The single chemical equation represents the overall process of photosynthesis.

The process of photosynthesis is commonly written as:

6CO2 + 6H2O → C6H12O6 + 6O2.

here ..the overall balanced equation...on both Sides....L.H.S=}R.H.S..
