Chemical equation can be balanced by multiplying or dividing the reaction
i.e the concertration of reactant must be equal to concentration of products.

For example : Fe+Cl2 ---> FeCl3

You see : Left has 2 Cl and right has 3 Cl ,so you need to balance the two sides ( make them equal )

=> Fe+Cl2 ---> FeCl3

   2Fe+3Cl2 ----> 2FeCl3
