Chemistry laboratory assistant noticed lables missing from two reagent bottles containing Hydrochloric acid and sodium
hydroxide as a scionco student how can you help him to take back the correct levels.​

Answer:

You can identify by using Litmus paper ( red).

Put a little amount of solution in different test tubes. Now , put red litmus paper in both of them.

The Test tube in which sodium hydroxide is present will turn the red litmus blue and the remaining one will be Hydrocloric acid.
