This attached image is a snap from the famous magic show of magician Criss Angel. In the actual video, the magician can be seen walking across a swimming pool.(If it was in India, then people would make him next Man-God! XD)
So let's come back to our topic.

So.. actually he's not walking across clear water. There is a very transparent glass(we call it PLEXI GLASS) beneath his feet. Since its refractive index is same as that of water, we can't see it!

So Question:
