toatal = 5+2=7kg

cost of the 7kg mixture 5*250+2*75 = 1250 + 150 = 1400/

the cost of 1kg of mixture coffee =

1400/7 =200/

sp= 230/

selling price is greater than the cost price therefore gain /kg = 230-200 = 30 %

gain % = 30/200 *100 = 15%

thus % gain in 15%
