it is a offence which was practiced before in our country but today it is not happening bcz in our constitution according to article 24 it prohibits the employment of children below age of 14 yrs in any factory, mine, or other hazardous activities. Bcz by these difficult jobs lot of children were dying, they were not getting necessary and compulsory education which affected their life
