Children like to eat bakery items and chocolates. Elder advice them to eat vegetables also,and not to keep aside curry leaves while eating food items. This shows the importance of

Lipids is the right answer because curry leaves and green leafy vegetables have lipids which are important for living eukaryotic cells and managing preamble structure.
