1.One way to lead a healthy lifestyle is by doing exercise regularly. By jogging at least 30 to 60 mins. Taking a balance diet and drinking water at least 4-8glasses .Sleeping at least 8hrs per day. Sleeping is one of the important aspects to lead us to get a healthy lifestyle.
2. Yes I agree that obesity is not good for health as it causes many problems. We should leave a healthy lifestyle. We should take care of our diet and eat healthy food. And to control obesity by avoiding junk food as much as you can.
