It is very difficult to find teenagers who don't use social media now a days. But it is not also impossible as we got to know the interviews of IITians and NEET qualifiers who achieved their goal by concentration. It very compulsary to know their harms also.
As we know that at teenage we mostly used to study or prepare our dreams. According to a research in science it is said that at the age of adolescence we have the highest power to learn and have a very high curiosity level. Due to this we used to try social media and gets intrested in it and that's why we lost our focus to our goals.And this also the reason why mobiles or other gadgets are prohibited in schools. We should try to avoid such things.
If you want to achieve your dreams try to be focused on your dreams only. Chatting and surfing net is for those who have achieved everything not for those who are still working hard for their dreams.
