Sir:

Respectfully I wish to state that the village school building, water-taps, and toilets are in very poor state. The plaster from the walls and ceilings have come off, water taps are broken, urinals and toilets have been damaged. All these together give a bad impression. The water has stagnated in the lawn and grounds. The pipes connecting the toilets and urinals to the sewer also need immediate replacement. It has become impossible to use the toilets because of the stink and squalor. Girl students face lots of inconvenience. I appeal to you to have all these repaired at the earliest. I shall be grateful.
