China is not a democratic country since for their case it is their leaders to make important decisions on some important aspects of the government .The leaders can even wake up and lay down policies with severe consequences if broken and that is the law .No one can criticize that but now the law is the one that puts in place the operation each one chooses to abide by the law .

The citizens who are the majority are harmless and cannot do any confrontation.
