Breakfast :- Eat light food .

Lunch :- At the middle have some rice, roti and one curry and a dal.

Snacks :- Take a light snacks like Apple , bannena .

Dinner :- It it as same as you are at lunch but take a bit less.

A Balanced Diet is a diet that includes all of the vital elements that the human body requires. Carbohydrates, lipids, vitamins, minerals, proteins, fibre and water are all vital elements in a well-balanced diet

Balance diet for one day according to my preference is as follows

  • Eating at least five portions of a combination of fruit and vegetables.
  • Base meals on higher-fibre starchy foods such as potatoes, bread or rice.
  • Having some dairy or dairy alternatives like soya drinks
  • Eating some beans, pulses, fish, eggs, meat and additional protein
  • Choosing unsaturated oils and spreads, and eating them in lesser amounts
  • Drinking plenty of fluids at least 6 to 8 glasses a day.
