Choose a form of government that we discussed in class and make a presentation on advantages and disadvantages of that government. Suggest the audience who are setting up a new government in their colony to decide why they should/shouldn’t choose this form of government.


Goal: You are to give a presentation about the benefits/drawbacks of a form of government

Role: You are a representative from your chosen country providing your expert opinion on the type of government your country has, and how life is for the citizens under that government

Audience: The audience are a group of government officials from around the world who are trying to decide what type of government to set up in the new colony in space

Situation: Earth is overpopulated and we are in desperate need of a new world to inhabit. With your classmates, you must all present the benefits and the drawbacks of the different forms of government, so you can set up the best government possible for the people in the new colony
