once upon a time ,in a small village there was a man who was a greengrocer. One day, while he was going to the market he saw a house . He started dreaming that when he will come tomorrow then he will buy that house and he will spent his life joyfully with his family. He went home and did not came next day . After few weeks when he came, he saw that the house was already sold to an old lady. So, that's why it is said "make hay while the sunshine."
