Marcus has been working in the development of engine technology and maintenance for ten years, and the corporation has heavily invested in his education, making Marcus a specialist in this area. Marcus has recently begun to show an interest in finance and has been attempting to seek for a job within the organization at the Finance Department.
Marcus is finding it challenging to change because his training and educational background have absolutely nothing to do with this area.
