 =  > 5 \frac{1}{11}  + 1 \frac{10}{11}  \\  \\  =  >  \frac{56}{11}  +  \frac{21}{11}  \\  \\  =  >  \frac{56 + 21}{11}  \\  \\  =  >  \frac{77}{11}  \\  \\  =  > 7

The correct answer of the question is 4th option i.e. 7.
