I always remember a little trick to help... :)

1: write equation

3/11 _ 2/7   sorry its kinda hard to type it out

2: look at bottom number

11 vs. 7...

A trick with fractions is if  a bottom number is bigger than the other then it is smaller (hope thats  not confusing!)

In this case, 11 is bigger than 7 so 2/7 is bigger.

3: write it out

3/11 < 2/7
