Volume of the cylinder

 = 4\pi \:  {r}^{2}

Volume of the cone

  = \frac{4}{3} \pi \:  {r}^{2} h

Their ratio=

  = \frac{4\pi \:  {r}^{2} h}{ \frac{4}{3} \pi \:  {r}^{2} h}  \\  =  \frac{1}{3}

Therefore ,ratio =1:3

The correct option is (C) 1:3.

Answer:

\implies 1:3

\large\underline\mathrm{Solution}

Volume of the cylinder = 4πr²

Volume of the cone = 4/3πr²

Volume of the cylinder ÷ Volume of the cone

\implies 4πr²/4/3πr²

\implies. 1/3

Thus, ratio = 1:3
