From I and II , let the present age of tanya and her brother is 3x and 4x. Then
3x+5/4x+5=4/5
on solving we get x=5 i.e., age of tanya=15 yrs. and her brother=20yrs.
From II and III, let tanya's present age=x. Then her brother's age=x+5. Thus,
x+5/x+5+5=4/5
On solving we get, tanya's age=x=15 yrs. and her brother's age=15+5=20 yrs.
From I and III, let tanya and her brother's age are 3x and 4x. Then,
3x+5=4x
On solving we get, x=5. Thus tanya's age=15 yrs. and her brother's age=20 yrs.
